File & Folder Detail Information
Accessing the Detail Panel
All of the file or folders details and functions can be accessed through the detail panel. Selecting the file or folder will automatically open the detail panel (when viewing on a tablet screen size or larger).
File Details
The file detail panel will include the basic information:
File name
Thumbnail
Action buttons (the actions button shown will depend on the user's permissions/access)
Details
File attributes (If the account which owns the project is using this feature)
Version
Size
Created by and time
Modified by and time
Tags
Comments
File Action Buttons
The action buttons that are shown in the detail panel will vary depending on the user's permission to for the parent folder.
Folder Details
The folder detail panel will include the basic information:
Folder name
Action buttons: (the actions button shown will depend on the user's permissions and role)
Details
Version
Size
Created by and time
Modified by and time
Permissions
Tags
Comments
Folder Action Buttons
The action buttons that are shown in the detail panel will vary depending on the user's role and the folder permissions.
